Caring for Classrooms

In collaboration with Washoe County School District, local change-makers, and other community organizations Caring for Classrooms addresses top underfunded needs in WCSD with multifacted and evidence-based approaches.

Principal for a Day

This annual event is a great opportunity for a community leader to shadow a WCSD School Principal to share common successes and challenges and consider a partnership. This backstage pass into education is a worthwhile experience for all participants!

Redfield Community Outreach Program (RCOP)

Through the generosity of the Nell J. Redfield Foundation, three RCOP Facilitators schedule and coordinate experiential learning activities for twelve selected Washoe County schools. This program plays a vitally important role in providing impactful educational experiences to underserved students.
